- Leads WP1 – Management and Quality Assurance: coordination, risk management, financial oversight, and compliance with Erasmus+ standards.
- Co-leads WP3 – Adaptation and Training Guide for Educators: developing pedagogical frameworks, internship preparation materials, and educator capacity-building resources.
- Ensures strategic direction and quality of all project outputs throughout the 24-month lifecycle.
Xenios Polis – Culture, Science and Action (Greece)

Lead Beneficiary for Framework Courses (WP2)

Xenios Polis is a Greek NGO dedicated to educational research, innovative training, and digital transformation. Renowned for its expertise in gamified learning, distance education, and youth-focused methodologies, the organisation brings creative, evidence-based curriculum design to HEAL-D's digital health training programme.
Key Contributions
- Leads WP2 – Framework Courses: designing five innovative, ECVET-aligned digital health curriculum modules covering telemedicine, AI diagnostics, cybersecurity, eHealth, and universal digital health coverage.
- Conducts the Digital Health Needs Analysis (research context and stakeholder consultations).
- Develops gamified, multimedia, and interactive learning content for healthcare professionals and VET educators.
- Coordinates translation and localisation of all course materials into Albanian and English.
European University of Tirana (UET) (Albania)

Lead Beneficiary for eLearning Resources (WP4) and Dissemination (WP6)

- Leads WP6 – Promotion, Dissemination, and Sustainability: managing project website, social media channels, dissemination events, and the final conference in Tirana.
- Ensures academic and policy alignment, contributes to curriculum design, and drives long-term institutional adoption of HEAL-D outcomes.
National Association of Public Health of Albania (NAPH) (Albania)

Kolegji Profesional Universum (KPU) (Kosovo)
Role
Partner for eLearning Resources (WP4) and Skills Validation (WP5)

KPU is a Kosovar vocational high school specialising in dual-learning programmes across health and technology fields. Its practical, employer-linked approach to VET makes it an ideal partner for integrating real-world digital health training and internship opportunities into the HEAL-D programme.

- Supports WP4: contributing dual-learning laboratories, practical training environments, and student engagement for platform testing.
- Supports WP5 – Skills Assessment, Validation, and Recognition: contributing internship-focused skills validation, in alignment with EU frameworks.
